For custom projects, ownership or licensing of final deliverables will be determined by the applicable agreement and payment terms.

Customers retain ownership of content, trademarks, materials, data, and intellectual property that they provide to us.

By providing content to us for the purpose of delivering services, you grant us the necessary permission to use that content for the agreed service.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, content, access credentials, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to complete a project.

Customers must ensure that materials they provide do not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or customer-requested changes may affect project timelines.
